Becoming a Moving Labor Supplier

If you represent a moving labor or full service moving company that is dedicated to customer satisfaction and providing clean cut, friendly movers then we would like to hear from you! Elite Moving Labor is continually seeking qualified moving companies in local markets across the United States to service booked labor only orders.

It is absolutely free to apply with Elite Moving Labor. We never charge you any fees!

Service providers who register with Elite Moving Labor and are approved will receive orders that are already booked for moving labor services. To continue, we recommend:

• Reviewing our requirements for acceptance
• Review our pricing agreement to understand how much you will be paid
• Reviewed the terms and conditions of our program
• Complete the online application for inclusion in our database. It's free.

Application Requirements & Guidelines

• Company must have a proven track record of customer satisfaction. Reviews, references, BBB ratings and similar are taken into consideration
• Must provide mandatory equipment on every move. This includes at least one hand truck, one dolly and standard tools
• If company does not accept credit cards directly, must agree to allow Elite Moving Labor to process a customer's card at their request. Payments to the provider are made within 24 hours when this occurs
• Provide released valuation coverage
• Agree to abide by our three hour minimum (In special cases, a 2-Hour Minimum for unload service) See our Pricing Agreement for more information

We will consider companies with a proven track record that do not have general liability coverage or an active state entity. However, it is highly recommended that you at least have an active entity with your state (e.g. LLC, DBA, INC).

Pricing & Rates

Service provider will agree to our national rate policy and collect in conjunction with the rates listed below. These are the direct rates you collect from the customer, nothing is owed to Elite Moving Labor. Note that most customers will book 'standard service', requiring a three hour minimum and be subject to the rates below.

• 1-Man Crew - $120/First Three Hours and $40 each additional hour
• 2-Man Crew - $200/First Three Hours and $70 each additional hour
• 3-Man Crew - $270/First Three Hours and $95 each additional hour
• 4-Man Crew - $345/First Three Hours and $120 each additional hour

A new 2-Hour Minimum Program was released at the end of July to provide affordable assistance for customers who have minimal moving requirements. The 2-Hour Minimum is only available to customers who require unloading service. Customers who are eligible for this program will be billed at the rates below:

• 2-Man Crew - $150/First Two Hours and $80 each additional hour
