Credit Card Acceptance Agreement

If your company does not accept credit cards directly, you are required to take part in our credit card acceptance program. This is used for customers who can only pay by credit card:

  • Payments to your company are made within 24 hours via check, bank deposit or Paypal. If a move is completed over the weekend, payment will be made on the next business day.
  • To be paid in a timely manner, Provider is required to fax or email a completed copy of the work order along to Elite Moving Labor. The completed work order MUST include a completed credit card authorization and have all required sections filled out.
  • Providers must have a completed IRS Form W-9 on file before payments can be made.
  • A direct cost processing charge of 3.2% will be deducted from all payments to cover processing fees.

Charge backs & Approval

By providing completed paperwork that conform to the guidelines above, charge backs should be minimal. In the event that a customer does charge back their transaction, Elite Moving Labor will provide our merchant provider with all documentation necessary to support the charge. In the event that the charge back is related to poor service received and/or clear violations of our terms of service, the Service Provider will be required to return all monies received from the transaction.

If a credit card transaction is declined for the payment of services rendered, Elite Moving Labor will still process payment to the Service Provider, assuming that all paperwork was completed and processed in a timely manner. To avoid credit card declines, we recommend:

  1. Ensuring that credit card numbers, expiration dates and security codes are clearly written
  2. Work orders are faxed/emailed within 24 hours of completion
  3. A customer signature is present on both signature lines
  4. The "Total" is filled in with the correct amount
