National Pricing Agreement

The Elite Moving Labor program is based on national pricing and does not vary by city or state, all booked orders include a 3-hour minimum*. We advise customers that the preferred payments methods are cash and check, however we do allow all customers to use a credit card for final payment. If your company does not accept credit cards please see the credit card acceptance policy.. Our current moving labor rates are:

• 2-Man Crew - $200/First Three Hours, $70 Each Additional Hour
• 3-Man Crew - $270/First Three Hours, $95 Each Additional Hour
• 4-Man Crew - $345/First Three Hours, $120 Each Additional Hour

*Our 2-Hour Minimum Program is now active for qualified customers requiring unload service only. The rate for this service is:

• 2-Man Crew - $150/First Two Hours, $80 Each Additional Hour

Travel Fees

Travel Fees are collected only in cases of extreme travel, usually consisting of more than 35 miles in a non-metro area. For example, a customer moving from Alexandria, VA to Rockville, MD would not be assessed a travel fee even though it is 30 miles because it is within a large metro area that most consider "local". Travel fees assessed will be collected by you and are generally $25-$40 depending on the total miles to be traveled.

Piano Fees and Policy

Elite Moving Labor does not assess a piano fee and you are not allowed to charge a customer a fee for handling a piano. Currently, Elite Moving Labor only accepts spinets, standard uprights and over-sized upright pianos for movement. In these cases, we require a minimum of three men for spinets and standard uprights and a minimum of four men for over-sized uprights. Additional men may be required if the piano is required to be moved up/down stairs.

Note: If a piano is not noted on your work order and the customer has a piano, you may upgrade the order for additional men in conjunction with our rates.

Other Fees

We do not charge customers for weekend orders, after hours orders, stairs, elevators, long carries, etc. Our rates are based on hourly compensation and any site condition that is present will result in additional hours which is how we account for compensation.

Service Providers cannot charge any fees that have not been approved by Elite Moving Labor and authorized by the customer.
