Moving Supplier Terms and Conditions
Instead of boring you with all of the normal legal lingo, we have decided to list the simple do's and do not's of the Elite Moving Labor program. Violation of this terms will result in the removal of your company from our database and potential legal action. Please take a moment to review them in their entirety.
How To Be A Top Performer (The Do's)
- Always provide exceptional service and remember that a customer referral is invaluable
- Provide uniformed and clean cut movers at all times
- Ensure that the mandatory equipment is on every site. If you carry additional equipment (appliance dollies, shrink wrap, etc) you will exceed the customers expectations.
- Try not to be late, ever. But if you are, make sure the customer is aware BEFORE you are late.
- Give customers insight and recommendations. Help them understand why they need furniture pads, how to drive their truck, etc.
- Always call the customer to introduce yourself and confirm their order. Ask any questions that you feel are not answered in the work order.
- NEVER tell the customer cash is required. The customer has the option to pay by cash, check or credit card. They must be given the option to pay however they feel is best for them.
- Always charge the customer based on the agreed upon rates listed on your work order. Do not charge additional fees, rates or other charges unless they are approved by Elite Moving Labor.
- Take pictures of your load. This isn't required, but always helps to confirm the quality of your work.
- Be as accommodating as possible. The customer is involved in a stressful situation, do your best to ease their concerns and help them complete the move.
How To Be Removed or Not Accepted (The Do Not's)
- Lie on your application about your company name, references, entity type or insurance.
- Fail to show up for a scheduled move.
- Fail to confirm for a scheduled move.
- Tell a customer that cash is the required payment type.
- Poorly pack, load or unload with clear disregard for proper techniques.
- Provide poorly trained personnel or unfriendly movers.
- Ask the customer for a tip.
- Smoke, cuss or have inappropriate conversations around the customer.
- Bring family members or friends with you to a job site.
- Advise the customer to cancel their order and deal with you directly.
Your application to join the Elite Moving Labor supplier network constitutes agreement of these "terms".
